Printing/Shipping Information & Return Policies
While I do create and draw my own tee designs, I do not currently print or ship all apparel/merchandise myself.

PRINTING:
All apparel is unisex sizing unless otherwise marked. The majority of apparel and merchandise on this website are custom printed/shipped to order by an off-site facility. With the exception of preorders, select apparel (marked in red in product descriptions), cards, stickers, and enamel pins which are fulfilled by Sara - owner/founder of Language Priority.
FULFILLMENT TIME: The printing company usually takes 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS to print and fulfill orders. More than half of the orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. IMPORTANT: Once the apparel/product is in fulfillment mode by the off-site fulfillment facility, there is no way to make any changes to the order (shirt size, color, etc.) Fulfillment time does not include shipping time. Also, this estimated timeframe can change during the winter holiday times when there is an influx of orders.
APPAREL CARE (WASHING/DRYING) INSTRUCTIONS:
The majority of the garments printed offsite are printed via a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. They use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.
Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process. So it is suggested to follow these care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. Do not iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
SHIPPING:
Apparel — Because all orders are custom printed as they come in, there is no stock of preprinted tees that is used to fulfill orders for immediate shipping. Apparel is shipped out after they have been printed to fulfill the order.
Fulfilled by Sara — Any item marked as being fulfilled by Sara - Language Priority Founder/Owner - is printed locally and is packaged and shipped by her personally. These items are currently shipped only to the US and Canada and are shipped separately from other items on the website not fulfilled by Sara. (See more specific information in red in the product descriptions of these items.)
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Due to the fact that most products in my shop are made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There can be no exchanges or returns due to each order being custom printed to order and having no warehouse of premade inventory.
